Consumers have the opportunity to submit complaints to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You can also send any complaints directly to the email address provided above. We are, however, neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
