Order Processing & Delivery Times

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note the following delivery timelines for your orders:

  • Mattresses and mattress toppers: To ensure the highest quality, all of our mattresses and mattress toppers are specially made to order. The current delivery time for mattresses and mattress toppers is 21 working days.

  • Pillows & Bed Bases: The standard delivery time for pillows and bed bases is also 14 working days.

We know you're excited to receive your new sleep setup! Our team will keep you fully updated throughout the entire production and shipping process, so you will always know exactly where your order is.

Taxes, VAT, and Customs Fees

Depending on your shipping destination, taxes and customs are handled in the following ways:

  • EU & UK Orders: All orders with a shipping address within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK) have local VAT included in the final purchase price.

  • International Orders (Outside the EU): For all orders with a shipping address outside of the EU, VAT and local customs fees are excluded from the purchase price.

Important Note for International Customers: As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your local government upon the arrival of your package.
