Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return request.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must include all original tags and be securely packed in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that any items displaying visible signs of use or wear do not qualify for a return and will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label alongside detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.

Order Issues & Damages

Exchanges
To expedite the exchange process and ensure you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original item for a refund. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate, new order for the desired item.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
